Some workmen's registered mobile no has been barred from service and online data also not matching with aadhar details .So EPFO Member portal access is not possible for such workmen and unable to process their PF withdrawal claim.
Can anybody suggest solution for the same, our pf office is Hyderabad - barkatpura.

Dear Achari, In this case, when a member clicks on "Forgot Password," once they click on OTP, they will be asked to send their registered mobile number or another number. The member needs to select the other number. After that, the system will again ask for the name, date of birth, and gender (same as per the Employer Portal). Then the system will accept the request for creating a new password. After creating the password, the member can log in to the member portal and change details as per Aadhar through the "Manage" option - "Modify Basic Details." After the employee requests this change, the employer has to approve it through DSC. (Note: If the date of birth has more than a one-year difference, then fill out a joint declaration and submit it to the PF office after the employer signs).

Kind regards, [Your Name]

Dear Sir,

Thank you for your valuable response. However, my problem is different:

1. The registered mobile number is not in service.
2. The online PF data does not match the workmen's Aadhar details.

If the Aadhar/PAN details were correct, then I could proceed as you advised. Unfortunately, the Aadhar/PAN details are not matching.

Dear Achari,

I understood your case. You can enter (Name, DOB, Gender) as per your PF portal only; don't consider Aadhar at this stage. It should match the given details, and the PF portal's updated details. Only then will the system accept it. After generating the password, we can modify it as per Aadhar through the employee portal.

For the mobile number, you can provide the current active number.

Thank you.

Dear Sir,

As per your advice, I have gone through it, but due to a mismatch of Aadhar data, validation has failed.
