Struggling with PF Transfer Due to Employer Changes? Here's My Dilemma and Need for Guidance

yami_parmar
I have left my previous job in March 2018. I wanted to transfer my PF account. When I am trying to transfer online with my old employer, it's showing an error that "Previous employer does not have an authorized digital signatory; hence, the claim cannot be processed."

With my present employer, an error shows "No data found against this member ID when checking previous employment details."

In addition to this, the old company was taken over by another group. Please guide me on this concern.

If the DSC of the previous employer is not active, then the employee has to file Form 13 manually, duly signed by the present employer, to the EPF office. They will collect the account and merge the same to the present.

I read somewhere that now an employee can submit Form 11 duly signed by the current employer. However, it's been more than six months since I joined this job. This company deducts my PF in the same UAN, but it's not merged. Whenever I check my pension, it shows two different account numbers. So, if I proceed right now after seven months of the new job by submitting Form 11?
