Can You Open a New Factory in an Old Premises Using Existing Licenses and Services?

I want to know if it is possible to run a new factory with a new factory license if there is already an old factory functioning within the same premises under a different factory license. Can the new employer use the previous factory's fire and water services details for its registration?

Any addition, alteration, or any activity of any description as in the existing factory license needs to be informed to the Factory Inspectorate, and proper sanction obtained before commencing any such activity/operations. Please organize an inspection visit by the Factory Inspectorate in accordance with procedures.

Factory license is issued to premises, and issuing another license to the same premises does not arise.
