Facing Job Denial After Maternity Leave: Should I Take Legal Action Against My Government Office?

Anbarasi Vijay
Good evening all. I am an outsourced employee of a government office. After passing the departmental exam and interview, I worked for four months and then took maternity leave. My pay scale company was a consultancy. However, now my maternity benefits and job have been denied after my maternity leave. I have approached my company many times to consider my financial struggles and offer me my job back, but they have not taken it seriously. Should I send a legal notice to my government office, as my contract period was extended again? Please help me.
