Require two below drafts / templates for an IT software company
1) NDA-Non disclosure agreement-Where in current employees cannot share any sensitive information out side in any form like photo,file,pen drive,verbal, written.etc if shared and found company can take legal action against the same
2) Need to find out a way where employees can stay for 2 years(Service agreement / bond template). Because company takes lot of efforts to train people and cannot afford to leave the employee for at least 2 years. It is very painful and hampering the business. Hence need some innovative ways of service agreement drafts
