Need you assistance to understand and how to go about resolving the issue.
Present PF: PY/KRP/
Previous PF:WB/PRB/
Pre-Previous PF: TH/THA/EXM/43355
When I applied to get transfer my PF a/c from my previous account, it got rejected twice. Upon esquire with PF office go below responses.
'In response to the instant grievance, it is to inform that the claim in F/13 in respect of the concerned member has been rejected as the pensionable service has not been received from TH/THA/EXM/43355. Hence, it is requested to submit the claim after with the required documents'
After contacting my previous to previous employer, they asked me to submit manual claim to transfer EPS, but got rejected saying zero balance. There after they have not taken any action on this regard.
It would be of great help if anyone guide me what is needed to do in this regard.
