How Do I Change My Company's Name in the Shops and Establishment Act? Seeking Guidance from Peers

I am working in one of the companies in Delhi, and I need to change my company's name in the Shops and Establishment Act. Please guide.

For a change in the company's name registered under the Companies Act, the authorized signatory (directors, etc.) needs to apply to the concerned Registrar of Companies (ROC). The Establishment Certificate may then be renewed by applying for and obtaining the new nomenclature of the establishment.
