So far as statutory compliance is concerned not much could change. But there could be some differences in some areas, as you know every entity will have their own corporate aims/manuals to be followed. And in fact there is None like common for everybody. For eg. Procedure for recruitment - Some use online blogs to obtain applications, some go for campus selection, some depend on media advt., some use manpower agencies etc. Nevertheless you can expect common rules w.r.t. EPF, Gratuity, bonus, minimum wages etc. but not in other areas-especially timings, emoluments, pay roll processing, pension, perks, service conditions, duties & responsibilities, conduct & discipline rules etc. This you can know only from their policies found in their manuals.
