I want to know about my basic salary and TDS deducted by the company. I have uploaded my salary slip, offer letter, and TDS Form 16.

I am a fresher, so please explain in detail.

No TDS is deducted from your salary. With the current salary, you are nowhere near the taxable range. Secondly, it is noticed that the employer is not paying their contribution to PF. Only your contribution is being deducted from your pay.

The new company has decreased the basic pay, HRA, CA, MA, and other pays while increasing the special allowance in the CTC.
