Is My Resignation Accepted If My Manager Didn't Explicitly Say So? Seeking Advice on Next Steps

I have resigned from my current organization. I have received a reply from my manager stating that - "Your Last Working Day (LWD) is.... Please get in touch with HR regarding the relieving and Full and Final (F&F) procedure."

Will it be considered as acceptance of my resignation? Please help.

The company will take that into account. Please keep things in writing with your company and press for a documented official release.
