Refund of pf amount - salary is based on CTC package & employers contribution is included in it

I join a company on 10th july 2017 .At that time pf was not applicable to company but employer deducted pf amount from first salary. From April 2018 pf was applicable to company. So employer refund my deducted pf amount from July 17 to march 18 but he didn't refund his contribution. My salary is based on CTC package & employers contribution is included in it. So please guide me that should i get employers pf contribution of that period or not?

Answer in short is no.
CTC does mean the amount you will get as salary.
It just means cost to company i.e the cast incurred in total for each employee.
Pl get concept of CTC clearly and then no confusion will take place
