is this compulsory for private staff nurses deduction in salary by offer letter sign and if they leave hospital before completion on one year tenure so should they reimburse all security amount of 11 months...i am finding manual or HR rule copy for this specific one rule..
i found only information on internet that that employees whose are trainees and who are trained by that company is eligible for security deposit during joining on offer letter. staff nurses are already trained with their diploma or degree..so is any HR rule of GOVerment side for this deduction if yes so send me a copy of that please..on [Login to view]
