Is this compulsory for private staff nurses to have a deduction in salary by signing the offer letter? If they leave the hospital before completing one year of tenure, should they reimburse the security deposit equivalent to 11 months' salary? I have only found information on the internet stating that employees who are trainees and have been trained by the company are eligible for a security deposit during joining as per the offer letter.
