Minimum wages applicable for Trust & Society?

Dear all,
Recently karnataka Govt added 22 New Schedule Employments under the Minimum Wages Act and in that schedule they have mentioned trust & society also. (Notification copy Attached)
I want to know that, from which date it will be applicable?
Is there any Minimum wages notification given by Govt.?
Kindly advise.
