Facing PAN Verification Issues on UAN Portal: How Can I Resolve Name Discrepancies Without Changing My PAN?

Today (31st of October) is my last working day in my present company, and yesterday I noticed that my PAN details are not verified in the UAN portal. It is showing an error: “PAN verification failed (Name against UAN does not match with the Name in Income Tax Department).”

Name Discrepancy Details

My name in:
- Tax database: Kampiri Venkatalakshmi
- PAN: Venkatalakshmi Kampiri
- UAN portal: Ms. Venkatalakshmi K
- Aadhar: Venkatalakshmi K

My Aadhar got verified in UAN. People are suggesting I change my PAN, but I have been using my PAN for almost 13 years, and all my tax files and other documents have this PAN number. I don't want to change my PAN. Are there any other solutions to solve this issue?

Future Updates

Since I will be out of this company, will I be able to update the details independently in the future?

Please don't post wrong information on the portal. According to the NSDL database, the name is Permanent Account Number APAPK2559R. The full name is masked as KUMXXX XRAVEER (few letters are masked), and surely it is not your PAN card.
