over smartness is not a wise option always
when the employee had an old valid UAN, he or she has to tender the same to new employer to carry on the contribution, so that the KYC formalities could be managed with present employer, but as the employee has gone it's own way so he/she has to run now to old employer(s) for data validation and update of records, as the records are now have to get verified digitally by the employer,

Hi ,
Yes you can withdrawal pf amount if Your KYC has updated (Aadhar, pan, Bank ) by your previous employer, but not by online, you can withdrawal through off- line with new withdrawal (Composite Aadhar ) form with Aadhar, pan , Bank details ( if name not mentioned on chq )You can attache Statement or passbook

Hi,
You can withdraw PF without going through your employer. Thanks to UAN, accessing your PF account services like withdrawal, checking EPF balance without the help of employer and PF loan application is easy.
However, since multiple UAN's have been created for you, please get in touch with your current HR manager to get it resolved
