Bring children at work place to celebrate Diwali - how to draft an effective email?

Mr sameer
We are about to celebrate Diwali on the 6th in our office. We are planning to invite our kids to the workplace so we can enjoy this Diwali with them in the office.

Being in HR, I need to send an email to employees to inform them to bring their children to the workplace. Can anyone advise me on what and how I should draft an effective email?

Kindly put up a draft for others to read, amend, and correct. It will help improve your drafting skills.

Suppose I am a newcomer to HR and to your office. I am requesting you to give me guidance. What will you do? Is it too difficult to draft letters? It is said that instead of giving a man a fish daily, teach him to fish. That is what we are doing here. Mere spoon-feeding will not help you to learn eating by yourself. Please take up the initiative, draft the letter, and post it here. We are here to help you. Please don't think that we are putting you off or discouraging. Some of our professionals here feel so and end up causing more damage. When we started working, there was no internet. We learned by doing things wrongly and got corrected by our seniors - sometimes politely and sometimes through shouting - but we learned. These days even school-going kids are good at English. Is it so difficult to learn? Best wishes
