First you should have got your guide's name informed to you officially. Unless this happens selecting a topic/title won't work that way. You cannot proceed further without proper consultation with your guide/Prof.
For the discussion sake- you should let us know
what is your PG and optionals studied and what subjects you sat for entrance.
Your institution under which you propose to take up Ph.D.
Your area of study which is conducive, accessible to market survey & sampling (primary & secondary), (you have listed-Education, Marketing, Management & Institutes all covered in one line)
your financial backing etc. (you should be prepared for atleast 4-5 yrs minimum to complete the thesis and submit for the award of Ph.D. by the U'sity.)
Also consult your seniors who are already registered in your faculty and the members of faculty of the U'sity itself for guidance & suggestions.
