SIP project on 'compliance under labor laws' - need help to make Questionnaire

I am MBA 2nd Year student. I am doing SIP project on 'compliance under labor laws' I need a help to make Questionnaire for that.

Generally, a questionnaire is used to measure peoples' attitude or perception about an issue. The compliance of Labour Laws is a factual aspect with respect to a unit of study and it has to be assessed based on factual data. A questionnaire could be thought of you if you are thinking of the comparison between various units. Pl. clarify the scope of study.

Have you studied Research Methodology as part of your MBA course? If not, kindly go to https://www.citehr.com/142149-resear...tml#post601705 and study the presentation carefully and clearly state the aim and objectives of your research and where and how you will conduct it.

In our project we are just introducing different labor laws,and is employees aware about that laws if not we tell them about that laws. for that we have to make questioner.
firstly we have to know that employees are aware about that laws or not then we are making project and getting some solution on that .
i don't know is it correct or not please help me
if anyone has project report on labor compliance please share me.
