How to deposit these epf & esic dues of terminated contract employees?

One of our contractor not paying epf & esic dues since 3months. Now we have deducted 03 months dues from his bills released final` amount and we have terminated his contract. Now please confrim, how to deposit these epf & esic dues of contract employees.

He is not ready to pay this contributions under his code

CLRA act is bit complicated,
you can find the UAN of EPF and IP of ESIC from the form XII submitted by contractor and go through the portal https://www.epfindia.gov.in/site_en/...l_Employer.php for EPF contribution deposit
for ESIC you have to add contractor and then IP,s by entering in your own login then you can pay
