It appears you are still under probation period, check your terms & conditions of appointment order, there may be 'termination clause'. If you have proper documents, you should issue a legal notice with appropriate applications towards claiming your EPF (if you are not transferring to a new employer). Since you have only one yr.of service you are not eligible for gratuity. There could be proportionate leave in your E.L/PL leave a/cs which can be encashed.
