Dear all,
I am working as HR in jewelry industries . our Branch started in karnataka jan 2018. but april to july salary not issued as per karnataka Minimum wages 2018-2019W.F.T April 2018 to Mar2019). now received legal notice from labour office. so kindly help or suggestion about this matter

Hi MK Anpal,
Minimum wages need to be paid to employees. Now you can pay arrears and submit a letter along with arrears paid proof.
