Am I Really Not Eligible for PF After Working 4 Months at Power World Fitness Center?

I worked in a company for 4 months at Power World Fitness Center, and my salary was $10,000 with 12% of my salary deducted for PF. Am I eligible to receive my PF amount? The company's HR team is informing me that I am not eligible to claim my PF as I worked for only 4 months and PF is typically eligible for those who have worked for over 6 months.

Yes, you can withdraw your PF balance. However, you will not be eligible to receive the Pension fund contribution made by the company for the said period. You can withdraw your contribution and the employer PF contribution (3.67%).
