Terminated Without Written Notice or Settlement: How Can I Resolve This with HR?

Hi, I have been terminated from a company due to a breach of contract. It's been almost 3 months since the company terminated me, and I have not received any written documentation of the termination or the final settlement. I have gone through the recovery inquiry process as well but still have not received any feedback from the company regarding the settlement and relieving order. Whenever I call the company's HR department, they inform me that it is under discussion with the Risk Assessment team. I have not been able to secure a job since then. I kindly ask for help on how to obtain my relieving order and final settlement.

Hi,

It would help if the aggrieved person put in the query in detail for any of us to respond. You have not mentioned what sort of breach took place and if the result was a direct loss to the company, etc. If you were terminated, we believe the breach to be a very serious one. Maybe the company is contemplating taking legal action or holding back your dues until they get a clear picture—mere assumptions at this juncture as we do not know what exactly happened.
