EPF Claim Rejected Due to Aadhaar Name Mismatch: How Can I Fix This?

I had applied for PF final settlement online, but my claim has been rejected due to a mismatch in my father's name as per the Aadhaar record. I have attached a file for your reference. The establishment informed me that my date of exit has been updated in our employer portal, so they are unable to make any modifications on the PF site. How can we rectify this issue? Can anybody help me solve this problem?

Please submit the joint declaration form by the employee and the employer to rectify the father's name in the PF record.
