Promoted to Company Director - Whether he will be remain PF member or will get exempt from PF?

One of your company's employee who is the member of PF. He got promotion . Now he is our company's director.
Whether he will be remain PF member or will get exempt from PF. Your feedback will be highly appreciate.

If you are paying monthly salary to the Director's then yes he will remain member of the PF.
