Any one can help me in paying Professional Tax. We are having 106 branches all over Andhra Pradesh, Telanga, Karnataka, Tamilnadu & Gujarat.
and our company is in Andhra Pradesh, our Register office is also located in AP only. so where we have to pay professional tax of other states..
Can anyone can help me in this.

If your branch is in different states,wherever permanent employees are posted,PT will have to be paid as per rates of the State..
