My wife is working for XXXXX company and have resigned as she have got an offer from DELLLLLLL company. Now the concern is she have requested for early release after 1 month of serving notice period - fortunately/unfortunately she have relieved. Have to stay idle for 1 month before joining new company.
Now she is in home and got to know that she is 4 weeks pregnant and was about to join in DELLLLLL company in 13 more days.
Will the new company DELLLLL accepts this ? Do we need to intimate it now or after joining ??
Will her offer still remain valid and eligible for maternity benefits in new company ???
Please guide us, can't ignore this natures gift and at the same time can't ignore the dream job offer.
