I m hr officer of information technology consulting they are provide service to clients through go to meeting in this an employee of company are presenting meeting with clients directly then company management are afraid that their employees should not leave their clients' by getting personal details from Thier clients and open their own company and take the client away.according to the law, what do we write on the contract from the employee, so that they do not leave our client?
