Statutory compliance for a new startup into a trading of auto components?

My friend got into a trading of auto components and having one warehouse, he also appointed 5 /6 managerial level employee to start his business , needs help for compliances from HR, IR and Admin point of view , currently only got over with company registration and may many more employees in the future . some trading business also happened . kindly help
