2)Our employees are in Delhi and outside Delhi also.
3)Which parts of the salary component can be considered under Minimum wages .... the current components we are using are
Basic pay, HRA , CCA , ADHOC Pay , DA/DWR ALLOWANCES.
4)Do the components and minimum wages rules change according to the location of employee ?if yes how so ?
