I am working as a Senior HR in Triquetro Infotech, which is located in Bangalore. I am very new to the Generalist role. I need suggestions and help in drafting HR policies for my company. Can anyone help me in drafting the policies, especially grades and levels in a services company? I appreciate your patience.
