I am working as a( PA) i want to write an email to all employees that first day of the week all employees should attend the meeting some one help me to send a draft.

What is the big deal in sending the email? Just write the content and float/send it.
Content in it can have points of time of meeting,agenda of meeting,participants needed,duration of the meeting.
