I need some help. Recently, one of our line managers failed to comply with one of the statutory compliance required in his department, which resulted in the company being reprimanded by the authority. My Board of directors requested me to come up with new/additional HR policy whereby employees' remuneration will be linked with their level of compliance of regulatory requirements. Do anybody here have sample or template of such policy? Thank you.
