Incorrect date on experience letter as compared to reliving letter..

Hi ,
I worked for a small company which got closed in December 2015.
But company has mentioned as my reliving date as December 2015
But project ended in November 2015 ..so company in experience letter mentioned as November 2015
Now my current employer is asking as why this discrepancy?
Is my previous employer can authorize and revise the experience letter..

If your company got closed then how will you be able to get rectification done on your letter ? . If there is any chance of the same then you can tell your employer that this was due to the typo error and you will get it ratify from your previous employer and submit the new copy. I think that will solve the problem.

Company is closed...is former MD revised experience letter will work ???
Because he has done some date mismatch in reliving letter and experience letter
