What are the key factors to observe as an HR at the time of the interview for staff recruitment? And how?
Any useful suggestion is appreciated.

Dear Colleague,
An interview is two way traffic.
You have to project brand image of the company by sharing relevant info to the candidate, his role responsibilities, and encourage him to ask questions and answer every question candidly .
Make him feel important and start the interview at the scheduled time.
Listen more than talk. Look for what is unsaid than said and don't get carried away by face value.

Look for candidate with required skill sets and experience.
Background check is important.
Personality and referference feed back required for the given post be checked and
evaluated.
Have focus on hiring a candidate for long term association and amicability and empathy.

what is standard recruitment time frame for hiring
KK!HR
There is no fixed time schedule. The time taken depends on a variety of factors like the number of posts, level of the post, mode of recruitment- only interview or written test cum interview or written test cum trade test and interview, and whether any psychological or other test is involved, etc. It is better to bench mark with the local industries of the same nature or better still the time taken in the earlier rounds of recruitment.
Pocket HRMS
As an HR person, there are several important factors to observe when conducting staff recruitment interviews.

1) It is important to pay attention to the candidate's communication skills, such as their ability to clearly express themselves and listen attentively.
2) Qualifications and experience should be assessed to ensure that they have the necessary skills to carry out the job duties.
3) Motivation and work ethic should be evaluated to ensure that they will be a good fit for the company culture and contribute positively to the team.

It is important to ensure that the candidate's values align with the company's mission and vision to ensure a long-term commitment to the organization. By considering these factors during the interview process, HR can help ensure that the right candidate is selected for the job.
