Training Modules to start training department in my Company (Hospitality Industry)?

I have to start training department in my Company (Hospitality Industry) and I am from core HR background, hence don't have any Training modules, I request you all to share some basic training modules and soft training plus train the trainer module if possible. Please note since it is budgeted company we are not hiring any external consultant but if you all can share the module and help it will be highly appreciated.

You will have to research on the site. May be, ready made training modules won't be available but you will get to know how to design modules and the contents topic-wise. Just see at the right corner OR put your requirement in Search option here.
However, training modules are tailor-made for each company which is based on their respective training needs. The ready-made modules how far will suffice your training needs is a question.
It is better to take external consultant's help.
