How to design leaves policy for a private start up company?

hey cite HR member, i am shahana khan Assistant HR manager in start up. This is an start up private company and only registered with companies act, 2013.
i have to design leave policy for start up. so please tell me how to design leaves policy and also their criteria in detail. its very urgent.

first get the list of holidays and leave policy details from the companies act you registered, then sit with your management and decide the holidays, in general for every year Jan- Dec minimum 24 holidays has to get apart of public holidays and festive holidays, the over all policies can be get from the companies act general.
