How to reply to accept Employee Resignation Withdrawal - any format?

One of our employees resigned recently, and we have accepted his resignation as he is not convinced with our discussion earlier. After having one more discussion recently, our employee wants to withdraw his resignation. Please suggest how to send an email for accepting the resignation withdrawal.
