FORM 12A is a yearly Pf returns to the pf dep't, below is some more details
- Also includes of following points in form 12a
---- Summary PF amount recovered from employees
---- Summary of pf payable by the employer
---- Yearly employer's & employee's share
---- Amount of admin charges due
---- Nos of existing & new pf subscribers.
---- Wages on which contribution are payable.
In short yearly returns of the employees whose pf deducted.

Dear Alamelu_hrd,

Please find attached herewith the compliances under EPF & MP Act, 1952. Form 12A is a monthly return and summary of:

1. Monthly contribution of Employer & Employee in Challan for the previous month (Challan)
2. Return of Employees Qualifying (New Joinees)
3. Return of Employees Leaving (Employees who left in the last month)

Hi Ravi,

Form 12A is not for yearly PF returns; it is for monthly returns. Form 3A and 6A are only for PF yearly returns.
