Dear Members, A Company is having a large amount of unpaid bonus for several years which was required to be paid to ex employees of the Company. what are the steps that required to be followed by the Company in this regard. I also heared that Company is required to transfer such amount in labour welfare fund but labour welfare fund is state specific and in our state Labour welfare fund is not applicable.
