Hi, Can anyone suggest me about the new courses of HR. I am a HR by profession and spent 4 yr into recruitment and operations but now i just want to upgrade my skills, want to pursue some course plz suggest which course will be more helpful and career oriented & Also how can i pursue that with the job.
