Pf withdraw online claim error - any time period to apply after exit date?

I leave the job in June month but after two and half month I could not withdraw the money because in online pf portal ,epf date not mention by employer .I called to hr head he said there should be three month gap between exit date to apply. I want to know that there is any time period to apply and one problem I face when I withdraw online​ ,I filled the last four digit of account and click verify it reflects it is not verify and you cannot process the online claim error.

be ensure that
1) aadhar /Bank/Pan details are updated and DSC approved
2) your DOBirth/DOJoning/DOExit is updated by employer
if above two criteria is completed then you would be able to file online claim, otherwise you have to proceed offline, wit h employers attested form
