Salary and Welfare survey and report for the Automotive industry (tire-1,tire-2,OEM)?

I wanted to do a survey and prepare a report among the Automotive industry (tire-1,tire-2,OEM) regarding salary and welfare benefits
as all job aspirants are facing problem regarding salary and welfare benefits.
some automotive company have good package design for jr exe.. level to Gm level ..and some company dont have basic welfare as well..
so am inviting all you for this discussion.. if any one can provide salary details of any of Automotive company...it will great help for me.

salary packages are dependent on management and employee mutual needs, HR has a very little role in such matters
in such cases HR has to look only for the minimum wages act of the state of related industry and ask the employer to make compliance, where-ever it found lower
