Labour Court - can the complainant represent himself instead of a lawyer?

sogemar
Learned friends, can the complainant represent himself instead of a lawyer?
Is there a labor court process in that case.
Please advise.

Can be done but if something goes wrong while presenting the case then its not possible to engage lawyer again in the same proceedings.

It is not advisable to plead own case in a labour Court, unless one is law qualified and has been practicing also.
There is no harm in represent own case in lab dept ,if one is fully conversant with rules and regulations.

ID Act bars the parties to represent their case in the labour court unless agreed by other party. You can represent your own unless you are confident and knows the legal formalities.
