Managing EPF Payments for Multiple Sites: Can You Use Separate Challans for Each?

I have a private security agency. I have more than one principal employer and more than one site.

1. Can I pay the EPF separately for each site through a different challan for each site?

2. What do I enter in the column where it says total number of employees and number of employees left out?

It's always better to pay PF under only one code and at one location to track the records of all employees at once.
