Retirement Notice to employee (Industrial Standing Order 1946)

Dear Team,
I need to give Retirement Notice to one of our employee. He is not ready to retire so I want to give him notice with reference to standing order rule / act 1946.
Please share sample letter format.

Dear Colleague,
Before this communication of retirement, ascertain whether the age of retirement has been communicated to the employee.
I have a doubt if this has been communicated which is why he has refused to retire.
