I have done PGDM HR from India and having 5 years of experience in HR. Due to my husbands project I had to shift to USA and since i had new born baby at the same time I couldn't look for job immediately in USA. Now after 2 years of gap when I have started looking for job I got to know that I will be considered as graduate with diploma in HR here. PGDM degree is not equivalent to Masters but just a diploma. I am finding it very difficult to decide if I need to do any professional certification.
