How Can We Address Employee Concerns About PF Contributions Above Rs. 15,000?

I am working in an NGO. Under voluntary coverage, we are remitting PF contributions limited to the ceiling of Rs. 15,000/- to our employees. We have other employees also drawing a salary of more than Rs. 15,000/-, and we are not remitting PF for them as per management's decision. However, these employees want to avail themselves of the employer contribution benefit, which creates a feeling of imbalance in the workplace.

Need for Suggestions

I urgently need your valuable suggestions to manage the situation as the HR of the organization. Additionally, I am looking for any other benefit schemes for employees not covered under PF that are feasible for both employees and management.

Dear colleague,

If you are keen on extending PF benefits to these employees, then you may like to consider having a separate PF Trust for this exempted category.

If the employee has a previous active UAN of EPF, then they have to submit Form 11 mentioning the old UAN. Management has to enroll them on a mandatory basis.
