Struggling to Withdraw PF After Company Closure: Any Advice on Next Steps?

My friend was working for a Gujarat-based company. They had their main office in Goa, where he was employed. Due to some reasons, the company has shut down, and the owner has relocated abroad. Now, my friend is unable to withdraw his PF. He attempted to withdraw the PF with the help of government officials' signatures and by sending it via courier to the Gujarat PF office. It has been 7 months, and there has been no response from their side. Is there any other way for him to withdraw his PF?

If Aadhaar and bank details are approved in UAN, then only the employee's claim can be entertained. The process is simply to file online through the member portal.
