Could u please let me know in employment verification does a Verification agency call the managers /HR or also have send mail or personally visit the Company for docs Verification ... During Filling BCG form they have only asked the Contact No of Managers & HR's .. No email-id has been asked..
Apart if there is a very slightly change done in designation on Pay slip for showing the real thing that what i do..
is this creates an issue in background verification.

Background verification is not standard in nature and every organisation has their own ways and means of doing it. Generally the documents collected from the employee is scanned and sent back to the previous employers for validation. In case you have recreated a payslip just to change the designation and show the real things you do (as you say), this accounts for forgery and is a punishable act under IPC. We live in a transparent world and such things can be easily caught.
I am not denying the fact that there are chances this may not happen.

Thanks Rahul ..
but during filling the Background verification form they have not asked me any mail iD for my past emloyers..
I have none wrong intentions for making a slighlty changes in my designation it just did for shows the Role That i Did more clearly..
If they will found the same during verification can they ignore it ?

Dear friend,
Background verifications are generally done by third party agencies and they maintain a database of HR of organisations. It is not difficult to find out mail ids for them.
If they find out, it will not be ignored. It is up to your employer to ignore the discrepancy if it is found out.
